Trattoria dei Portici
This is a small, comfortable restaurant where it is possible to enjoy lunch and dinner with a kind family service. The cuisine is especially attractive and well-prepared, ranging from the typical to the creative, with homemade meals and desserts.
There is a vast choice of meat dishes, including stews like shin of pork peppered with garlic and rosemary, saddle of rabbit stuffed with boletus mushrooms, stewed donkey with onions in white wine accompanied by polenta taragna. Then there is grilled meat such as T-bone steak, fillet, lamb chops, zigoiner, mixed grills served with grilled vegetables.
The trattoria also has an interesting wine list, and mid-day there is rapid service suited to business lunches.
