Ristofante is run by Titta Manzini and his partner Silvia Valoti (he cares of the cuisine and she looks after the wine list and the service).
The restaurant name is easy to remember as it’s similar to restaurant itself.
Titta’s cuisine based on fresh ingredients, vegetables and fish; all of these are fresh and different for each season. He pays attention to preserving the traditions, lightening and adapting them to the modern times.
